Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The landscaping was maintained beautifully. They opened promptly and a tad bit ahead of Schedule for me. It was 7:29. Operating hours are 7:30am. Educated me on many services. Prices are a okay but on the high side . $503.76:Synthetic oil change, over charge for extra oil. Front differential. Rear differential. Transfer case. Definitely recommended. Cabin air filter for heat or AC. But very informative . Tested battery free and many other things . Great service. Not super friendly, at all. No greeting. Not many smiles

Such A great customer service!!! Especially Daniel he check every single detail that my car need service, I pretty much did all the suggestions they offered me and that my car needed it!! Thanks to Daniel he was Great doing an amazing job. I always tell my friends and family Go to Valvoline they'll take care of everything it could be a little more expensive than other places but it's totally worth it the money!!! THANKS VALVOLINE.

ryan was incredibly informative about our vehicle maintenance and the do's/don'ts when owning an older vehicle. manuel was great when directing where we needed to move the car. lastly, miguel did his thing. i asked if he could take a look at the exhaust/muffler while he was underneath the car and he did it with no hesitation! it was a very kind thing for him to do, especially when he wasn't required to do so. i love the AB1156-Revere location. they've been my go to spot for yearssss.

Each time I go here, I encounter the nicest folks who know cars are patient and super efficient. Saw Ryan and Miguel today for a question on a gage and they could not have been nicer. No charge and I was on my way. I'm grateful to have such a great team of folks available when I need them. Thank you

Me and my husband went this last Saturday to get his oil change done in his truck they mentioned that the coolant was completely frozen and wanted us to fix it for an extra $100 also said that they would flush the radiator that had nothing to do with the coolant. We then went to our mechanic that’s a family friend and they saw nothing wrong with the coolant and that everything was fine. So needless to say that valvoline likes to charge more on their customers and lie about issues that aren’t truly there. Would not recommend and hope that upper management talks to their staff about this issue and maybe train their staff on what’s wrong and right. Will never go again.
