The staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I really appreciate the transparency in cost. As a customer we have full view of the screen, and everything, including costs is explained thoroughly. There are no hidden fees or pressure for certain services. The process is smooth, efficient, and quick but also thorough. I will be returning for all of my oil changes moving forward!!

My service attendant was extremely thorough and diligent. It is obvious that management in this location takes staff training very seriously. Technical knowledge and attention to customer experience were top notch. I work in the service industry myself. It is rare to see this level of competence and care on display. Nice job team!

We always appreciate the quickness of the workers! We bring all our kids, and it's fast enough that they don't start complaining or want to leave. For us, that means a lot to be able to get things done with our kids!

It was another great experience. quick and friendly service. This the first time at this location and definitely will return. I love being able to stay in the car while the work is being done. I had just just checked and filled my tires the day before which they checked but hadn't put the caps back on but were in my car. What a big surprise it was to find out they had put new caps on. Now that's service!!

Place sucks. Listening to them trying to upsell customers during my visit was cringey, just go a little bit down the road to an actual repair facility and have your vehicle inspected and repaired properly. Two other women came in during my visit and the "we're here to help you" was laid on thickkkk by (who I assume to be) the manager as he waddled back and forth between the two bays barking commands at the other employees. I went there against my better judgement and quickly realized why I don't go to quick lube places: nothing is quick, their waiting room is nauseatingly hot, their "mechanics" have very little training, and clearly their licensed inspector lacks basic automotive knowledge. It blows my mind that places like this still exist.
