Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Gabriel was super nice. He helped me drive my car in, showed me the dip stick of oil showing it was topped off. And he was just generally nice. Said bye and helped me to drive off. There was also a girl thst has been working there for over a year. She was great too.

I had a great experience at this Valvoline location today. Gabriel helped us out and did an outstanding job. He’s a younger gentleman who is very knowledgeable in what he does, and he took great care of us. It’s rare to see that level of professionalism and attention to detail, and he really impressed me. His manager was also excellent. I didn’t catch his name, but he was friendly, attentive, and clearly sets the tone for great customer service here. Between the two of them, they made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Big thank you to Gabriel and his manager for taking such good care of us. This is exactly why I’ll keep coming back to this Valvoline location in Enchanted Hills Rio Rancho, and recommending it to others!

The overall attitude and professionalism of this garage was lacking in a lot of ways. Staff did not seem to care much about the service they were providing. Greeted with - what’s your mileage. No hello! No hi, how may I help you?? Geez! Crappy Attitude, people yawning, on their cell phones, bantering back and forth about things unrelated to the business and barely looking over my engine. I don’t think they even took my air filter out to look at it but yet it was “fine”. I wish the guys worked as hard in providing good customer service as they did flirting with the one female employee that works there. The overall attitude was horrible with staff bantering back and forth, arguing about unrelated business things I watched as the guy told the people in the bay next to us that her

Great fun people. Know what they are doing and do it with a smile. Very informative and took the time to explain. I give them 10+. Will recommend to all friends and anyone else who wants to know where to get their oil changed and with great service.

All 3 of my vehicles are serviced there and I have had no problems with the services that have been completed for the past 5 years. The leadership and technicians are professionals. Thank you and keep it up!
