Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I came to get an oil change just 10 minutes before you closed. I was greeted with a smile. No one had an attitude that I was there so late. I even said if it’s too late I can find another time and they welcomed me right in! Cory, Mitchell and Shay seemed to work effortlessly together and they didn’t skip a beat just to get me out of there early; They were courteous they explained things, they made offers that actually made sense. And they SMILED. Thank you ❤️‍🔥

June of 2025 I took my 2015 Z51 2LT Corvette for its oil change. At the Roanoke Franklin Rd shop. To my surprise your technicians did not know that my particular car had two oil release bolts. The young lady and tech below in the bay were dumb founded that they could not get but 5 Quarts of oil in the car, when instructions say it takes about 10 quarts. I asked the tech to get the tech in the bay below up in the port. I had to pull up a You Tube video to instruct them how to remove the oil from a C7 Corvette. Here is the problem, why do you unqualified,under trained techs even trying to service these high end cars. You guys have to do better. They could've seriously destroyed my engine, if I hadn't intervened. Please hire qualified well trained oil techs. Law suites cost way more than a f

Always happy with this place. I’ve heard mixed reviews about fast shop oil places like this. I’ve taken multiple cars here and they always do a good job. They are friendly and helpful. Best of all they never pressure me into getting stuff I don’t need. You can almost always find a coupon too.

I've been coming to the for a little over a year and they are excellent!! It's fast, everyone is friendly, you don't even have to get out of your car! Great for quick and easy oil changes in our fast paced world.

I would not go anywhere else but to this specific location. They are always amazing. Efficient and fantastic customer service. Every single employee stands out to me with the way they carry themselves and do their jobs. So thankful to have this so close to my house so that I can come here whenever I need!
