Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I always have a great experience at Valvoline in Henrietta! The service is fast and efficient, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I have about my vehicle. I highly recommend them — 10/10!

So far so good, I stopped back by after having my transmission fluid replaced properly as they use the 2025 Chevy Trax's own pump to expell the old fluid and draw in the fresh fluid, use full synthetic dexos approved fluid, did a tire rotation and changed my oil. I went back by to have my lug nuts retorqued to the proper ft. Pounds and have some more air added to my tires, no questions asked. The manager is excellent and definitely an attention to detail kind of guy!

My Son has had good experiences at other Valvoline Instant Oil Change locations but definitely not at Jefferson Road. I do not recommend this place for an oil change. Their motto is something like this: Stay in your car, see what’s being done right before your eyes all in about 15 minutes. Well if you’re getting an oil change how can one actually see what’s being done if you’re sitting in your car? This makes no sense. The reason I bring this up is because my Son leaves this location and driving home he realizes his skid plate was not properly attached back to his car. It’s dragging on the road!!! Great service! Definitely not!! As far as the management? Worst! This happened on 8/18. Today is 8/28 & we are still waiting on a replacement & actual contact from the Manager. 4th contact today
