Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The customer service rep Mitchell did a fantastic job of making my visit extremely pleasant. He was very informative, helpful, and accommodating for all of my needs. I was happy with the service that was rendered and the price point I received. The topside tech Jacob and the bottomside tech Hunter also did a great and speedy job. It was my first visit to a Valvoline location and it's something I would definitely go back to.

Guys are NICE and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Go my oil change, tire rotation and tire pressure. They communicated through the whole process and took their time to go over a few parts I may need change in the near future since I put a lot miles due to my job. It went SMOOTH, FAST, and PROFESSIONAL. Mechanic KEEFER, was awesome and welcoming! Went above and beyond and even offer me coffee at the lobby while I wait. GREAT service, GREAT management. I’m from Georgia and so far every Valvoline has not disappointed!! 100% recommend this guys!!

HIGHLY PISSED OFF!! went there just for a oil change NOTHING ELSE!! MITCHELL PROCEEDED to still check my cabin air filter after I told him OIL CHANGE ONLY and broke my glove box and when I confronted him he told me it was already broke that my car had been in a car incident I pulled my car fax and told him I've bought the car brand new that I've never been in a car incident he then told me to car to rock auto and order a new one and they would put this in for a small fee and then wrote under his report my glove box was already broken that was a LIE b.c I use it DAILY it open and closed fine before arrival ILL NEVER GO BACK

I work across the street from this Valvoline, and a few days ago a car broke down right in front of our shop. Before anyone could even react, the guys from Valvoline ran over to help, no hesitation, no obligation, just genuinely good people looking out for someone who needed it. Acts like that don’t go unnoticed! After seeing that, I’ll definitely be coming here to support them. Highly recommend this location!

Very explanatory on the services and recommendation of service that were due at the time. Explained that I can come in for any service at anytime along with explaining steps to the different recommendations ex time line on how long it would be as well as how much fuel for the fuel system cleaning
