Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Drake was so kind and informative when I came in for my oil change. The next day I stopped by to ask about my transmission fluid and Sam was very helpful. They were quick and professional. Thankful for the great customer service.

I don’t trust this location. They claim to have done lots of things they did not do. They do not check tire pressure but claimed to and set it to wrong pressure reciept says 38 manufacturer says 39 front 36 back. Did not add washer fluid or check any fluids unless it was done under the car (not possible). I changed the service light after I left. Also the website to give feedback requires a credit card to register…..why Hopefully they changed the oil correctly

Sam was very helpful, polite, and, professional. He assisted us throughout the process of an oil change, and making sure our car was suited for the long trip we had ahead of us. Thank you Sam!!!!! Would definitely recommend this location if you value customer service.

I called before going to get information. Mechanic who answered phone was very pleasant and gave me information I needed. Since the oil change was a Christmas gift for my husband, and I was driving a truck I don’t usually use, I didn’t know where the hood latch, etc. were located. Sam patiently and kindly guided me thru the oil change procedure. He also advised me what coupons were available, saving me $25. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use this Valvoline location again.

I don’t typically do reviews however this location has been a disappointment. I’ve taken my car here twice. The first time I had to take it back because the oil filter was not put on correctly, causing an oil leak. The second time, the under carriage cover was not put back on securely which resulted in it coming loose as we’re driving down I-85 causing it to drag the ground (sounded awful). Luckily I was near another Valvoline location who was able to confirm I was just here (Salisbury - Faith Rd) not even a week ago and was able to assist with putting the covering back on correctly. Luckily there was no damage but this is still unacceptable! I have emailed and physical receipts from both locations, which I have no problem uploading just in case y’all can’t “find” me in your system.
