Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The guys at Valvoline are honest and efficient. They customer service was excellent, and made me a returning customer for sure I will be bringing my Mercedes back here every time it's due!! They were super busy, but fit me in and were extra communicative and fair and honest. All around great experienc, I highly recommen..

Probably the worst oil change experience ever. I rarely leave bad ratings, but this is one that deserves a 0 rating. They are clueless on how to change oil and filters. Took about 3 hours. Not very busy. Front of car and engine cover were coated in oil from wiping with a dirty rag and spills. Quoted the incorrect oil weight. We're more interested in selling other crap than doing a great job on changing oil and filter. No idea who owns or manages this store, very poorly run.

Wow. What a great experience. I needed an oil change there just so happened to be no line (which is uncommon) because we always see plenty of cars pulling in. My first time here and not my last. Customer service was as outstanding and professional. Cole was explained things in a manner that was understood. Very grateful to have pulled in today . Look forward to recommending your services to others. Shoutout to Anthony who got me safely thru the bay.

Professional, knowledgeable, respectable, and friendly employees. Good experience. Don't be afraid to ask questions if you're unfamiliar with anything or how things work they are very patient and will answer your questions and explain it in a way that you will understand.

Dylan, Abel & Luis were SO helpful!!! There was no pressure to replace things or do additional services beyond the oil change although they were offered! I will be coming back!
