The guy Israel was very kind and provided me with a lot of help. He was very fast and truly made my day with his attitude. The young man named Irving also helped me a lot and carried out different tasks for me. It was a great visit. I will definitely continue getting my oil changes only at this location.

I’ve been going to the same Oil Changers for years and never even thought to give this new Valvoline location at 1759 Euclid Avenue a try, until it felt absolutely necessary. I didn’t know what to expect going in, but the staff were so welcoming and efficient throughout the entire experience. Have to especially mention Sam who was very thorough with her explanation of each step and recommendation in services that I may need for my vehicle. I believe she said she was a newer staff member, but she was extremely professional and knowledgeable - I felt it difficult to believe and was just amazed by her. Happy to be a new customer at this location and report that I will be a returning customer in the future!
