Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I know one of the reviews said he had under carriage damage pulling in but don't let that stop you. I drive a Ford Focus and didn't experience an issue. The facility is clean and I was impressed with how well the team worked together. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was quick yet thorough. Even used a torque wrench to make sure things were secure after tire rotation. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Thanks guys!

I have had many oil changes at Valvoline locations throughout the Eastern US. This location is the newest and most professional I have dealt with. The team was efficient and thorough. I was advised of the details (amount of oil used, condition of old filter, etc.), so no surprises. No upselling, which was a relief. My air filters are fine, thank you. The coupon brought me to this location but this was not a paid endorsement. [But can be if you ask nicely. ;)]

Went for service got oil change, tire rotation and hydraulic oil change as suggested. Now I have a major leak on my hydraulics system. They have no clue what it is sent me to a mechanic which will be done tomorrow! Not professional at all. No manager on site and the “technician” is as by himself! He basically told me to deal either way it! My truck had no issues until he did the service there!! Stay away from it.

​Update: Corporate admitted technician error. Store manager wanted me to bring in car to check out damage. WHAT?! My car will never touch that property again. How stupid does valvoline think people are? They're clearly not qualified enough to do a simple oil change. I had to fight corporate to even get a simple refund. Unbelievable! They took so much life from my engine. $55k car.. Will talk to BBB tomorrow morning. This is unacceptable. Came in for an oil change at the new valvoline that was built, they were offering 50% off the oil change which was an amazing offer for my vehicle, I was assisted by a young man named Johan, he notified me that at the time he was the only employee working, he let me know the price the time and was respectful, provided great costumer service. Another vehicle had came and he was able to start my oil change and the other vehicle oil change by himself and was able to assist both of us and still get my oil change done in a timely manner. I definitely appreciate his help, he is a hard working man, get him some help!
