I’ve been to this Valvoline three times since it opened, and every visit has been an excellent experience! I love how patient and consistent the team is, no matter how busy they are, they always follow the same thorough routine and perform a full check on my vehicle every single time. I’ve been to other places that only do a quick oil change and send you on your way, but this location takes their time and explains everything clearly so you understand what’s being done. Thank you all so much! Special shoutout to JB and Coco for taking great care of me today amazing service!
The people were courteous but please do not visit here if you have somewhere to be or don’t want to spend an hour for an oil change. Fully aware of first come first serve but with that comes communication. Had I known that the one person in front of me who had already been sitting for some time for a service was gonna have be waiting as long as I did, I could’ve went elsewhere.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service & Professional Team I visited Valvoline Instant Oil Change at 6435 Old National Hwy, South Fulton, GA 30349 today around 10:15 AM for a Full Synthetic Oil Change, Automatic Transmission Fluid Replacement, and air filter services and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Justin (CSR) set the tone with outstanding customer service, professionalism, and clear communication. When an air filter was temporarily unavailable, he personally took ownership of the issue and went above and beyond to obtain the part so my service could be completed without delay. Justin (CSR), Taniya (Topside), and Siah (Bottomside) were professional, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire visit. You can tell this team takes real pride in doing the job right. The whole crew was very helpful. Advised me that I needed my transmission fluid changed and the recommendation was exactly what they said the whole group of workers here at old national Highway in in Georgia. Great job to you guys.
