Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I recently visited Valvoline for car service, and Fernando, Zeus, and Cassandra were absolutely incredible. They were extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and even taught us more about our car, which we truly appreciated. Their customer service was outstanding — very polite, very respectful — and they even offered helpful discounts. I give them a 10/10. I highly recommend coming to this location and asking for them specifically. They truly deserve recognition and a raise for the amazing job they do. Thank you for making our visit such a great experience!

Beware! This location does not take responsibility for workmanship. 500 miles after having an oil change, somehow plastic melted inside the engine and it's toast! Very nice people on the phone but unwilling to assume responsibility for maintenance errors. If you need your oil change, beware, you may not have a car worth driving after you leave. How does a car get an oil change on day and then have melted plastic in the engine within 500 miles? They reject any responsibility and support. You can't trust shops that do work like this and leave you stranded, you would be better off at another location. $200 oil change and air filter will cost me an engine, shame on companies like this for not taking responsibility for the service they provide. Got oil changed, they asked about tire rotation and I told them no..next thing the same evening my tire blew up on the freeway. They had the nerve to put it in writing about check tires when in fact I asked them to be sure I had air in it but never once they warned me verbally that my tires were that bad instead they said all my tires had air. They knew how bad the tire was. Almost got me killed on the freeway instead. Not worth going back and I be sure to tell anyone I know not to deal with this place ever again. The folks at Valvoline were very thorough. They inspected the car, topped off fluids as needed, spotted a leaky bolt and replaced it, changed the oil, and put additive into the gas tank, all for a very affordable price plus a discount on the oil change which I obtained online. Exceptional service all around.
