Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Fast, efficient, friendly, and professional. This is my first time coming here as I normally go to Walmart but the last time I went to Walmart, it took THREE HOURS. With this place, I was in and out in under 20 minutes!!!! I’m shocked. They put air in my tires, tested my battery, and ever pulled all the leaves and acorns out from under my hood. Color me impressed!!!

Tony and his crew are AWESOME!! They are efficient, knowledgeable, and super friendly. The shop is very clean and organized. Even though it's a little more expensive to go here than other places in town, it is totally worth the extra money!

Went in for an oil change that costs $90 and then they proceeded to take my old air filter out without my permission and showed it to me that it was slightly dirty and after I had left and was told everything was good and paid for, I then return home with a check engine light and later found out they did NOT install the air filter correctly at all, it was just sitting in my air filter compartment not even clamped in, just sitting there all loose, when I did my next oil change after valvoline, my oil filter was put on so tight it had been severely damaged and bent in order to get it out, you’re supposed to HAND TIGHTEN, not torque it to 30 lbs. I then called the store to explain to the amateurs that did my oil change the same day of what they did wrong and one of the employees got so mad at

I have been going here for over 2 years and they always take care of my vehicle quickly and let me know what needs to be done to maintain it. They are always polite and professional! They are a joy to have in this area. Promote all Of them now! 😆

The entire staff was awesome!!! Ashley's professionalism was second to none!! She to the time to explain every aspect of the work performed. Answered all my questions at level i could understand.
