Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I am highly satisfied with my experience because I did not have to wait long, they checked the air in my tires, and topped off the fluids needed. This was unexpected but appreciated. Plus, I was able to use a coupon so I could get the full synthetic oil for a lower price. The technicians were friendly too. You all made my day.

I came in for a simple oil change. The technician brought me a paper saying I needed a transmission flush because there were “shavings in the fluid.” I told him we had just had the transmission serviced and the torque converter replaced. He walked away and then presented the same paper to the customer standing right beside me. Be careful — they will try to sell you services even if you don’t need them.

The employees were professional and took time to make sure I understood what I needed and why. I did not feel rushed or like they were trying to upsell me to things I don't need. The price was fair for the work and I will be back

Normally pretty good when I go to valvoline for services but I guess I went on the wrong day and the techs there didn’t know how to do a transmission drain and fill and coolant flush on my Mazda hatchback.

I always have a good experience at this Valvoline location. The employees are always friendly and accommodating.
