Anytime that I have gone into this location, you don't appear to be understaffed. The crew is on the ball and taking care of all the tasks. I'm being asked to participate, which is nice as I am personally involved with the 1st hand awareness that all items that I may be concerned with are being checked. I am being informed of possible other mechanical check points overdue, as well as, the lead who is communicating with me while all of this is going on acknowledges affirmatively yes or no, I had an air filter or cabin filter replaced on my last visit. Thanks for the quality focus and work completed. I'll see you in a few months!
