Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This location gets a negative 10 from me. On 2 different vehicles that I’ve experienced with this location was not good. Had my oil change and here comes all these other services that they suggest that you get just so they can suck more money out of you. After I had the oil changed the next day or two my service tire pressure light pops on and so I called to complain and they took no accountability for their actions (the light wasn’t on at anytime before they serviced it)… so he tells me that the sensor was probably bad before hand and that they will not do anything… car 2 my tires was off balance after having my oil change and I had to go back to have that corrected… a few weeks later my wife also took her car to have the oil changed and whoever changed the oil disconnected a line and for

Great group of people. Super friendly and entertaining. I have been here multiple times and now with my new vehicle. I got an oil change, cabin filter change, and engine air filter. They also gave a 15% military discount.

Had an oil change, replaced my tail lights that were out, and windshield wipers for a great price! The customer service was fanstastic!!!!!! I was very impressed with the upbeat, energetic, friendly, and honest responses from every single staff member I encountered! I was greeted within a few minutes of pulling into the parking lot and I was kept informed of possible wait times the entire visit. The manager, Mel, is great! She even saved me money! I will be returning to this location! You’ve got a customer for life :) Thank you all so much! You’re customer service exceeded my expectations!

I came in for a simple oil change, but the experience was frustrating. When I arrived, there were two cars already in two bays and I was waiting in the third. My bay opened up first, but instead of taking my turn, an employee came outside and asked me to give up my spot to someone who had arrived after me. I didn’t argue and moved as requested. About 20 minutes later, another car that showed up after me was taken into the bay before I was. It felt disorganized and unfair, and definitely not like a first-come, first-served system. This experience left me pretty disappointed with their customer service.

We received amazing service today, as always! I really wanted to highlight and thank Ms.Mel for her immaculate service and care she always does and shows. We pass 2 locations just to come to this one, we thank you all graciously and please continue to have a wonderful day!
