Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I paid $323.00 to lose the use of my vehicle for six weeks. Corporate Valvoline was a dream to work with but a guy who was identified only as Richard the manager was another story. First he called me and told me that he reviewed the cameras and his people did everything by the book. In fact what they did was removed a plug in my differential that read do not open. They filled it with differential fluid. So I start the car and 4 wheel drive light service vehicle light comes on. I return withing a block. John at this location is one of the best in the business. Courteous concise and I will be getting my all oil changes here. Thanks John!!

I had a LOF with full synthetic oil, 0-20W. The sticker on my window said I should return in 3,000 miles. Full synthetic oil will last a LOT longer than 3,000, more liike 5,000 to 6,000. I believe this place is just another place duping some customers. I won't go back to this particular location. Also, it was a lot more expensive than other quick change places, even with a 20% discount. On the plus side, I got in right away and didn't have to wait long for the service to be done.

The staff were so helpful. They really listened to me and took care of my car. Will come back.

While checking my ac filter they got an object loose and stuck and now every time I start my ac I hear a rattling. They REFUSED to get it out for me and insisted I pay for an extra filter they wanted to replace instead of fixing what they caused in the first place. Don’t come here.
