Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Fast service. Very prompt and did not feel as they were upselling me. Prices were very standard versus other auto service centers in the area. They had some good suggestions that were not presented to me beforehand. Biggest positive about the place is that they were fast and did not waste my time. Update 1/15/2025: My vehicle's engine was making louder than usual sounds about a month after receiving an oil change. I checked all of my fluid levels after arriving home and they never added any oil to my Camry at all! I was lucky enough to have five quarts of synthetic oil at home and it absorbed it all to have normal levels of oil. I will be reaching out to the corporate headquarters to notify them of this. They could have destroyed my vehicle and I could have been stranded on the side of t

The staff at this location were very attentive and thorough. They noticed a possible oil leak and suggested I have my mechanic take a look, and they also checked my in-cabin filter—which clearly hadn’t been inspected in a while—and recommended a replacement. In addition to the oil change, I had my filters replaced and got new wipers, which I really needed. The price was very reasonable, especially after applying a coupon I found on their website. While I did have to wait a bit due to a few cars ahead of me; they were upfront that each customer would take about 15 minutes, so the timing was predictable and fair. They kept to around 15 minutes per car. The only minor issue was that I received a reminder sticker for a conventional oil change instead of the full synthetic service I purchased

I come for the quick oil change and inspection this visit I was informed that my battery was reading bad on their tester, after confirming the battery was at least 6 years old and checking prices in the area I agreed to replace it. 10 minutes later I was back on the road! Umar and his team are fast, clean, knowledgeable and provide excellent service. Thank You!

I regularly visit Valvoline Instant Oil Change for my vehicles, and the staff is always very informative about recommended services, but never pushy. I recently purchased a used 4Runner for my daughter and when I brought it in for the 1st oil change after purchase they informed me that I was 1/2 quart low when they drained the old oil, and made a note of it to track at future changes. Great service overall and would recommend for many of the fluid services as the products are excellent and you can’t beat the cost compared to a dealership.

Overtightened the oil filter during my last oil change, took it to a local garage for my most recent oil change. They were unable to remove the filter because it has been so overtightened, and it caused damage to nearby parts, resulting in $150 worth of labor and replacement parts on top of the price of the oil change. I've been emailing Valvoline customer care with no success, so here we are.
