Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The First Gentleman that greeted me at 7:10 am was awesome. I thought Valvoline opened at seven but they didn’t open till 730. He was very kind and thorough glasses beard, black hair, young guy. I wish I got his name but anyways the whole crew there did a fabulous job so proud of bringing my cars to Valvoline every time! Thank you, Anthony Vecchio customer

The technician was excellent. My only issue was the price of the cabin filter. It's a $6.99 part at the auto parts store and you charged me $59.99 minus my first responder discount That's a $50 plus markup, I feel violated and curious why your cost is so high on that part. Once again the technician was excellent and he is the only reason I would come back again..

Noah, Nick, and Corey were amazing and helped so much. I stopped at another store and was told that they didn’t have a part for my oil change which I thought was odd so they were unable to help me. I ended up going to the Camillus store on my way home and Noah and Nick seemed concerned about what I was told so they looked into it and apologized on the other store‘s behalf, and I felt as a woman that I wasn’t going to be used for extra money or anything. They explained everything to me great and really care about their job and it shows thanks again so much! Corey showed me my new oil level and had a friendly smiling face and I love people who genuinely care about what they do. Will be back for the next one!

Everyone was Quick, efficient and kind. The crew had a great attitude from start to finish. They were able to assist me immediately addressing all my concerns and more. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Valvoline Crew!

Great service! Nice techs, efficient work ethics and thorough. I was in and out in quick time without sacrificing attention to detail. They try to sell extra work but who wouldn’t. I’ll be again with both cars and work truck
