Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Reason for the one star review is because I waited for two hours to get an oil change. If they would have a better way to manage what is getting done like if you are needing a battery change well go to this lane and if you are just needing a oil change go to this lane. I would believe this place will be great. Have a lane for longer services and have a lane for oil changes that are quick in and oit and this place will be good.

The service here is amazing. These people work overtime and are very polite. Shout outs to them for working in the dark and in the cold, past 6pm!!!

Took a little bit of time to wait in lane 1 for an oil change. The employees were so considerate that they made me switch lanes to go in for my oil service before other customers in lane 2. The professionalism of the employees in this location is always up to standard everytime I come for my vehicle services. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended.

Francisco and Heather, Bladen are superior at customer service and knowledgeable to what my car needs. They are not pushy and definitely explain everything in detail with photos! Great place to have your vehicle serviced. Today we got oil change, transmission, and radiator service in under an hour with wait time. I have young kids so that is important. Reliable service.

I went here simply for an oil change. I was waiting in line for almost 2 hours; the tech begins working on my car. One of the ladies mentions to me that I have a transmission leak and conveniently hands me some referral card to ABC transmission(weird). I then took my car to Brians automotive to get a full diagnostic which revealed I did in fact NOT have a transmission leak in any capacity. I am not confident these techs have any idea what they're talking about. I will not be going back to any Valvoline locations ever again.
