The gentleman that took care of us was very thorough, took his time to explain things to us, got down on his knee so he was at eye level with us in our vehicle instead of standing over us. Very satisfied with our visit. I was a little shocked at the price I had to pay for an oil change but I guess that's the price that I pay for having a German engineered vehicle.

Update: Turns out my oil filter wasn't tightened down/leaked enough oil that it didn't register on the dipstick. The Valvoline near me didn't want to make things right, so I had to take care of it myself in a hotel parking lot. I'm on a 12k+ mile road trip and for the first time in my nearly 40 years of driving, I paid someone else to change my oil...once I got over losing some of my manhood and brushed aside the "quick oil change" horror stories I've heard, I realized after my time here, that I should have done it much sooner! For about $30 more than doing it myself, I got to sit in my car with the dog and let this well-oiled machine of techs, led by an awesome manager, not only change my oil but make sure everything else was good to go.
