Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I brought my truck in here for a transmission fluid exchange a couple months ago. I have put less than 1500 miles on it since then and began hearing noise from the transmission. I checked the level and it was WAY overfilled by several quarts. I syphoned some out and what came out was blacker than any used motor oil, not pink and clear like it should still be after only 1500 miles. I asked if they can redo the exchange with the correct synthetic fluid that my truck calls for and they don't even have it - they use a cheap all purpose ATF. So they used the incorrect fluid, left the old fluid exchange in and overfilled the pan. The noise came from blowing a seal due to the overfill. great customer service!! showed up for a transmission flush & Richard explained everything/ answered all my questions. Ted checked in & gave me water while i waited. Brian spoke to me about my brakes (i already knew about it before coming here but he still brought it to my attention). Overall the service was excellent!!
