Super easy and convenient experience. I walked in with no appointment and was done in under 15 minutes. You stay in your car the entire time, which makes it very comfortable and efficient. The team explains everything clearly and shows you what they’re doing step by step. They verify which type of oil you want and recommend any additional services only if needed—no pressure at all. At the end, the manager comes over to review and verify all the work completed and asks if you’re satisfied. Excellent customer service, very professional mechanics, and great overall experience. Brian, Diego and Ethan, David at this shop are super friendly and transparent with what your car needs. They’re fast and help set up discount coupons they offer. I don’t live in Tracy but drive here because of their service and attention to detail.
