Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I used to work at the piqua location so I know some things. Went in for my tires and new wipers. CSR wasn’t very nice or welcoming, I seen them put air in my tires but did they idk, they sure didn’t put tire caps on lol and I had her check my oil and she tells me it’s in range when I can clearly see it’s below the line meaning low. Probably won’t be back to this location. Thanks.

ALL of the employees at this location were amazing yesterday during my oil change. I work frequently with young people and my experience with all the young employees here was a breath of fresh air. They were professional, kind, and engaged which is so often not the case. Keep up the good work!

Excellent customer service. That seems to be dying these days. The young lady that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and provided many options to help keep my car running smoothly. 10/10 recommended.

Very friendly and nice, plus professional. They were able to convince me to get the transmission fluid changed, but did not have any on hand. Otherwise would’ve gotten a full five stars.
