Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Been coming here for awhile, it is typically quick and easy! I come for oil changes, and they let you know what other stuff can be done based off what they see. I never feel pressured to do the extras on the spot which is great, I can always take their recommendations to the shop I go to.

Tiana, the manager of this Valvoline was incredible to work with! I went it with issues with my battery and she was able to quickly diagnose the situation and change my battery within 10 minutes. Highly recommend for the swiftness and professionalism!

Braden and Steven was AMAZING. Brandon explained everything to me so well and fought me the ins and outs. He felt like a friend giving advice to an old friend. I will be coming here again. The Valvoline on high in Clintonville is always packed. This is a great location! Thank you!

Came in on a Sunday about an hour before close, was helped by Sabine and another woman (i did not catch her name). This was easily the best experience I’ve had getting an oil change. I drive a jeep which is incredibly finicky any time i get anything done on it, which resulted in my check engine light turning on after the oil change. Instead of ignoring it and sending me on my way, Sabine informed me they were going to redo the oil change to make sure it wasn’t anything on their end. I really appreciated that and after the second oil change the light went off. I appreciate the staff going the extra mile and I will be back for my next oil change!

Today will be the last time I visit this location. 8 months ago they removed my engine cover, lost it, and told me multiple times they would get me a new one. Guess what, I still have no engine cover. Today I went in for an oil change. They were all out of the oil used for my car ( 5/40 Euro. Not uncommon). I proceed to pull out of the bay only to realize my car is idling very strangely. My oil cap was still off and resting in the engine bay.
