The team was absolutely amazing. They worked quickly and efficiently while making sure everything was done right. Their communication was excellent, they kept me updated the entire time and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. Let me start by saying, this location is getting 2 stars because they were kind and polite, and never tried to upsell me. That really is it. Other than that, I can’t imagine ever coming back here. I double checked my timeline on Google Maps to be sure, I pulled into the line at 11:15am with 2 cars ahead of me. I have been to Valvoline stores in the past and my experience then led me to believe this would be similar (15-20 mins per car, out in under an hour or so) and it was not. It is now 1:10 pm and I just pulled out of the bay. Totally unacceptable for a simple oil change when you advertise speed and efficiency. I am sad to say I place the blame on the employees. We had a very bad experience at this location while trying to get our car’s AC fixed because it was not cooling. When we arrived, we waited in line and a staff member came to ask what service we needed. We explained that our AC was not cooling and needed to be checked. He told us to wait and said it would take about an hour due to the long line. We told him that was fine and that we were willing to wait. After an hour passed, and then another hour, we were still waiting in line with two kids in the car in the blazing heat. We ended up waiting for almost three hours. By the time it was finally our turn, we were told that the technician who has the specific license required to fix AC systems was not there that day and that we would have to come back. Both Alex’s were absolute pros — friendly, fast, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step of the process, checked things I didn’t even think to ask about. Both of them stood out at how genuine they were no upselling pressure, just honest, efficient, top-tier service.

Tyler, Mike, and Nick were super sweet and super helpful with everything! Tyler really went into detail about each service, grateful he was there.
