Valvoline Instant Oil Change

So, to start, I usually get my oil changed by my mechanic. I usually don't go to Valvoline unless our schedules misalign/I need it done really quickly, since it can be a little pricy (even with a coupon, since I get a good deal with my mechanic). I usually don't go here and had a neutral opinion beforehand. This was my first time at the Warren location and the employee who did my oil change was assistant manager Dana. He was super friendly and extremely personable. This was definitely my best experience I've had so far at Valvoline, and I've been a few times to the Swansea location. All the other employees working in the bay at that time were also very personable and laughed and joked with me the whole time! The crew was very polite and thorough. I had the pleasure of Nelson helping me out up top while Angelo worked hard in the pit. Everything was fully explained including recommendations for maintenance regarding my vehicle. Every bit of it was genuine and authentic which was refreshing. Besides that, it was a great conversation. These guys went above and beyond and it deserved the proper acknowledgment.

I had a great experience at Valvoline located in Warren RI…. Jeff (Manager) and Matt (Assistant) were both extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. They made the whole oil change process quick and stress-free. Jeff took the time to clearly explain my fuel system and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand (for a girl with bare minimum car knowledge) I really appreciated their honesty and great customer service. I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for knowledgeable staff and excellent, fast service!

Amazing crew! From the moment I drove into the shop I got a “great job” as I navigated my car into the bay.
