Isaiah, Jarrett, & Matthew were all great while working on my car. Took time to explain everything they were doing. Super courteous and gentlemanly. Highly recommend.

I drove up with no appointment, very little wait time and quick oil change and state inspection - customer service was great multiple people doing many different things to get me in and out quickly. Very satisfied. Also LOVED no labor changes to install an engine air filter. Big dealerships charge $89 to install and $49 for the air filter - yours was $27, no labor, so I added the service otherwise I was going to order from Amazon and do it myself for about the same price you offered. Dealership pricing is ridiculous.

I had a great experience at Valvoline!! I am a regular here and go here often for my oil change services, but I recently needed a transmission fluid change and inspection, and I was given great care by Matthew the Legend!! He is awesome!! They are all so friendly and give great customer service, and I would recommend this location to anyone. Not just for the great care, but their prices are awesome, and there's almost always some kind of coupon available. 100/10 absolutely recommend!!

Waited 35 minutes for an inspection only for them to tell me they don’t have an inspector on duty!! Usually they have someone greet you when you pull in which would have saved me a 35 minute wait. Guess they’re too busy with the holiday. Usually service is pretty good. ☹️ Decided to have a new battery installed. The tech told me he had to remove my wiper blades and a pad to install it. Once he removed everything, he told me oh sorry we don’t have a battery for you! NOW every time I start my car the wipers go off! And they are not aligned properly!!! Extremely disappointed because I’ve been going to this location for over a year!! And no response from the owner or manager!!!

I had a great experience here! I got an oil change and inspection without getting out of my car. So convenient. They didn't try to sell me things I don't need. No pressure. They also let me know my battery is getting weak. I'm so grateful for that so I won't be stuck in the cold. I highly recommend this location. Shout out to Matthew, The Legend!!
