Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I pulled in 10 minutes before close and I was worried. But the team that was working was VERY welcoming and took great care of me! Kenny introduced himself as the manager and I thought that was great! Rudy was helping me on the computer and explained everything well. Weston was top side and Taelor was on the bottom side. I always love going to Valvoline because I get to hear them call out as they are checking my car out! Thank you and big kudos to the team for welcoming me just a few minutes before closing! I will of course be back!

Zero if possible. They jacked up 2 of my cars. First, an hour long oil change on my daughter’s VW Tiguan that they said they had to remove the skid plate to get to oil filter to access and because the vacuum pump is broke. They stripped off/damaged the skid plate. It is bent and tore up. Also, filter is under the hood fellas. Got some bs excuses on why so long. Next, they cross thread another our SUV so bad…when we took it to another place out of town, they said they wouldn’t touch it to be liable. We go back and they spew lies. “We can’t look up old records”, “We vacuumed the oil…did not remove plug.” No integrity. Lost my trust and so many vehicles.

Specifically leaving a review for a particular tech! Aidan is fantastic. Initially, I was under the impression he was the manager on duty because of how much direction and follow thru he had with the other techs. He deserves recognition for his leadership, as well as his attentiveness to customers, the effort he put into the work he was doing and how his attitude was!

I needed an oil change for my truck on short notice and sought out the highest-rated service providers in the area. I chose this location and I am very pleased with my decision. Luis, along with two other gentlemen whose names I unfortunately did not catch, provided exceptional assistance. They completed the oil change efficiently and were very informative throughout the process. I appreciated that they did not attempt to upsell me on unnecessary services. This experience has certainly earned them a loyal customer, and I will be returning in the future. Thank you!

Beware I had two oil changes done on my truck. The second one nearly cost me a new engine (8500-$13,000). Both times oil leaked from the filter they installed but the second one was profusely leaking. I thought the main seal had given out. I had my mechanic run a test and concluded the oil filters used were very small, in his opinion incorrect. I haven’t lost a drop with the filter my mechanic installed. Valvoline was unwilling to refund the bill for the cost to have my mechanic diagnose the problem and do the job correctly. The oil filter used by Valvoline is so small it looks like something used on a golf cart.
