Great customer service. Quick and easy to get in and get out. Prices were reasonable. Was explained to in detail everything that was going to be done to my vehicle and I could customize what was done. Incredibly impressed.

The team was so friendly and efficient! They answered my questions without making me feel dumb. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase additional services, which I always appreciate. They also caught that one of my headlights was out and replaced it, which isn’t the easiest on the model of car I drive. I will definitely be back!

It was my first time at Valvoline. I told them I was going to work and wanted to get my oil changed. Kaden was so friendly and very aware of my time. My headlight was out and I didn't know, he quickly told me the time it would take to replace it and the cost. My tires needed rotating but told me it would take some time to do that. When I said no, he was so friendly about it! Other places dismiss you after that, but Kaden continued to be friendly. Then Traveon came to show me that oil stick thing. I just laughed and said "okay." But then he took the time to explain it to me, which I was so impressed by the customer service and I appreciated his time for doing that, too!
