Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Service was fast and friendly but they did not clean up after my oil change. They left oil hand prints all over my hood and engine cover. If I hadn't spotted this in a timely manner, it could have ruined my cars paint.

The guys that helped me were very respectful, helpful, and really made sure I was taken care of. I appreciated that they explained the differences in the different oil change options, and that they told me about the discounts online. I was able to use one right then and there. There was also a problem with my hood closing, I ended up having to come back for them to try reshutting it and they did not give up until it was fixed!

When I went to get my oil change today I was helped by Ryker and Daniel. I’ve been to this location many times for service, which honestly has been hit or missed. Most of the time you get someone just doing the motions and doesn’t care to be there. BUT Ryker treated his job like he personally owned the company. Not only his knowledge was great but his hospitality was exceptional! He took care of me in a timely manner, reviewed all the details with me, actually took care of my tire pressure, windshield wiper fluid, and of course the oil change. He took time out of his day to talk to me while I was waiting. Just talking and making a human connection. Daniel was treated me the same way making sure I was taken care of. I stopped by the Valvoline in Whitestown today and had an outstanding experience. Aidan and Celestine took care of my car with exceptional professionalism, efficiency, and great customer service. They went above and beyond, and I genuinely appreciated their attitude and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to leave a tip because it couldn’t be added to my card — so make sure to bring some cash to support these excellent workers. Next time, I definitely won’t let it go by. Highly recommended!

I’m not the best on keeping up with car stuff (I hate my car…never buy Ford and don’t go to Bill Estes-Brownsburg specifically). There wasn’t a line, the service was quick and easy, and the staff was really nice, funny, personable. The price wasn’t terrible, especially with the coupon, plus the routine checks and refilling of fluids and air. Thank you. 💜
