Valvoline Instant Oil Change

There was very quick service and it was easy to get the oil change done. You drive up to the business and they will direct you to drive inside. If you are getting a state inspection they will need to drive it in for you, so they can check brakes, etc. The price was a little high, but they do provide extra service. I asked for full service, full synthetic, check all fluids, and fill. I also asked for them to inflate the tires and add window washer fluid. Added to that was a NC state inspection. The price was $103 in all which I thought was reasonable considering all the extras I asked for. Here's a tip- if you use Google to look for "oil changes near me," a Valvoline coupon will pop up for $25 off synthetic oil.

Watch out for upsaling. Young tech tried to up sale me an air filter. He removed my new air filter, barely looked at it. It had been replaced 4 months ago, so practically brand new, and asked if I wanted them to change it. This was an insult as most men think females are oblivious. I told him it was new, employees need to think and look AND be HONEST. It will give Valvoline a bad reputation of being dishonest. There are other quick oil change places out there and I haven’t experienced this either. Other than that, was pleased.

Really appreciate everyone that was working that day! They went the extra mile to make sure my oil was changed and got my filters changed also. Friendly and knowledgeable!

They're always super friendly and helpful. They're always honest and I don't feel like they're trying to find ways to charge me for more crap that I don't actually need.

Very professional and thorough. The manager informed me of the services they offer. By doing so I was able to get my transmission fluid changed while I was there with no appointment or long wait.
