Valvoline Instant Oil Change

They get you in and out. They tell you what they have to offer but aren't pushy and try to sell you stuff you don't really need or stuff that can wait for awhile. Usually always share a good laugh or two during the brief encounter. A ++ Location manager does a great job!

Luke was very friendly and did a great job of telling us about the available options. We didn't have to wait to get in and the oil change took 10-15 minutes just like we were told. Reasonable price also! I will definitely stop in again. Great experience! Thanks!!

Do not go to this valvoline if you have a compact sedan like a Honda civic or any other car similar. I have an 11th gen Honda civic that they were unable to do an oil change on because their guards stand too high so your car can’t drive into the spot. This is completely unacceptable and needs to be changed immediately. I have been to 5 different valvoline locations probably 15 times this year for an oil change and none of them had this issue. So basically they won’t be able to change your oil on the most commonly owned sedans in the world that should be great for business.

I'm very upset about Valvoline taking away the punch card. The staff could've done more for the price discount but I still got some discount. Also they tell me stuff I should do with my car that I don't care about.
