There is no waiting system. Don’t choose the wrong bay like I did or you will be waiting longer and others that arrived after you will be served before you. Also, dont expect one of the 8 employees to come out and greet you or even point to where you should wait- they way to busy having a good time standing around open hoods laughing and having good ‘ol time. It is fine to have fun at work- but not at the expense of business. Will never go there again and encourage you not to either unless you like being cut in line.

I got right in and got my oil changed and wiper blades changed before work. They also put air in all my tires. I was in and out really quick and they’re always very professional and knowledgeable. I always go to the location in Porters Neck and have never been disappointed!

I highly recommend anyone to go to the Valvoline in Porters neck in Wilmington, North Carolina. I originally was gonna go to Walmart but then remembered they were down the block when Walmart told me they were not available for three hours so I called them up and gave them the quote that Walmart gave me after asking them what their pricing was they let me know. They had a promotion going on and took care of me. One thing I could say was it was nice being there while they were doing my oil change I sat in my car the whole time they also did an inspection. They looked at my air filter as well after asking permission, which I’m glad they did because after they showed me what it look like and what a new one should look like I immediately knew that I do not want to be breathing in whatever that

Leaving the UPS store, I noticed a tire looked low. I pulled across the parking lot and asked the gentleman there if he would be able to check my tire pressure. Harry was very kind. He checked all 4 of my tires, filling g them as needed. Then wished me a good day without charging me a penny. Great friendly customer service is a rare find these days. Thank you, Harry!

Eddie was my technician and I wasn't feeling very well so I probably seemed either pissed off or disinterested and it didn't change how Eddie responded at all. He maintained frame, kept me very well informed and informed me of services to consider and why and showed me physically my transmission fluid. I am going on a long road trip soon and I appreciated the additional information and overall excellent service. It is really challenging to remain just as professional to someone who is not responsive vs. someone who is in a good mood and easy to talk to and that's why Eddie's service really impressed me. That level of professionalism is not often found.
