Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This team is attentive non-pressuring really what you want in an oil change place. The wait with 6 cars lined up still only took about 10-15 mins for me to get in and out. Justin was helpful and recommended new wipers and I got them. They aren’t anymore than the auto parts store. Overall great experience I bring all my 3 vehicles to them.

Every one of these five stars was earned by a great mechanical team. This is exactly the kind of an integrated love of mankind and machine and orchestrated talent that has my Ford Expedition within 500 miles of 300,000 miles on my odometer. It’s a nicely assembled team that complements each person to get their best as they earnestly strive for the proper care of each customers unique vehicle so essential to the economic and personal safety of their customers. Trenton was extremely helpful in explaining and recommending services, I came in for an oil change and learned a lot about my car. I learned a lot about the preventative care my car needs and what to look out for in the future. Super friendly staff and quick service.

My experience at this Valvoline oil change was really good! Anthony was my CSR and Topside technician, he was organized and a joy to talk to. My Bottomside technician was Reid, he communicated well with everyone on top. Justyn was the Manager, she made sure all tasks were completed top and bottom. Great service by this team.

Justyn went above and beyond for a typical oil change. He provided information on other maintenance points for my truck, without treating it like an upsell. He was open and honest with maintenance he would suggest, even if it was for services that Valvoline doesn't provide. He also inspected other fluids, belts, and parts in my engine that I was not aware may need to be replaced, possibly saving me money on a costly repair in the future.
