Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Great experience today at Valvoline on Montvale Ave in Woburn. I was confused about a previous service I had done, so following my arrival I was directed to Ousmane who is the current manager. He is a gentleman and a pleasure to work with. He offered a solution at no cost and made my day. He and the rest of the employees there were eager to help and all greeted me with a positive attitude. I highly recommend this location for an oil change.

This was such a simple and easy process! I was in and out in not time, I loved not having to get out of my car and that I could get an oil change on my way to work. I will be using Valvoline from now on! The service associates were excellent as well, very professional and very nice.

Worst service. I highly recommend you do not take your car here for any services. The reps who worked on my vehicle damaged my vehicle. The reservoir cap was cracked causing more damage to the car. I was unable to drive my car. I had to get the car towed and serviced. I had to pay out of pocket in full. Not only was my vehicle damaged, I am still chasing a refund check from Vavoline from this incident in October. The customer service team has sent me in circles. It has been a nightmare dealing with Vavoline. Whoever is in charge needs to do better. I am highly disappointed in the whole company.

It was fast and efficient. I really appreciate the guys that worked on my vehicle. The handsome gentleman with the beard was extremely helpful at getting me set up and the technicians (also handsome) were not only good at performing all the tasks, but they were also very personable, professional, and polite. That was a top notch experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Valvoline location. When I arrived, the staff member who checked me in was impatient and quite rude. I should have taken that as a warning. I came in for a simple oil change, but after repeated upsell pressure, I agreed to add a tire rotation — which turned out to be a serious mistake. After the rotation, my car started making a low thumping noise while driving. I immediately returned because it felt unsafe. Their “inspection” involved asking me to accelerate while the car was lifted, which caused multiple warning alerts to activate (I drive a brand new Subaru, and this step triggered Eyesight, RAB, brake, and engine lights). They were unable to fix the issue, and instead of taking responsibility, one staff member compared it to “everyday life
