Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This location should be sued. I will go that route. First oil change I did they carelessly did not tighten my oil cap and I realized when I was on my home parking, oil was leaking. How dangerous was that?? On October 26, I went for an oil change and I clearly told the guy about careless that happened last time and to double check. So when I was on highway after oil change, all of a sudden I started hearing crazy sound and when I stopped to see I was some plastic hanging as they did not put screw back. Do they want us to have accident?? I also checked few other reviews and they also have similar issues. Are these intentional?? They need to be investigated.

DO NOT take your car here for an oil change. I had an awful experience that could’ve ended very badly. I brought my brand new 2024 Honda CR-V in for an emergency oil change before a road trip usually my partner does the maintenance, but we were short on time. I pay $700/month for this car and it means a lot to me. While driving on I-95, I suddenly heard a dragging noise. I pulled over and found the underbody dust pan hanging down they didn’t put the screws back in after the oil change! I had to stop at Walmart and buy zip ties just to keep it from dragging and causing more damage. I called the shop, and the manager John wouldn’t even take my call. No apology, no help just completely ignored me. This place is careless and unprofessional. They clearly don’t care if they mess up your car. Sav

Everyone keeps me on informed on what needs to be done. Super helpful &, gives great advice & they are really quick. I never have any issues with my vehicle afterwards. I’ve been using Vavoline for years and will continue to do so. See you guys in a few months!

I am handicapped and needed a battery replacement and my tires rotated and balanced. The service manager, whose name is Love (yeah, really) was awesome and found a good price for the battery. The entire service appointment was very pleasant.

I got an oil change the end of January. I have no oil in my car due to them not putting the screw on back under the car for the oil not to leak out. Sooo I had to buy oil to put in my car and of course it didn’t stay in the car cause there is no screw. I have tried calling but of course the phone number doesn’t work!
