Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I was greeted with grace and kindness and it absolutely made my experience all the better as I always have high anxiety going to get my oil changed. When I arrived I told them flat out I always forget what I am doing whenever I go but I don't think I'll forget this time thanks to them! Chance, Karen, Jeana and Paul were all very welcoming and made me feel comfortable while they worked on my vehicle. They included me in on what they were doing and showed me what they could see/being shown as far as my vehicles health went. They were very compassionate and I will definitely be returning to this location in the future! I look forward to seeing their faces and warm smiles 😁

so, when I called originally, I'd said I wanted an oil change and a transmission fluid and filter change (chevy silverado 5.3 4x4 with a 4L60E transmission). the lady that answered and that I spoke with was pleasant, said yeah we can do that, come on down. so I go down there, they get me pulled in, she'd asked if I was the one that had just called, I said yeah, they proceed with the services. I'm outside along a fence sitting on the curb, see a guy in the pit, they're doing their thing, I'm on my work iPad doing mine. after a bit, I notice I don't see anyone under the truck, which of course they'd need to be to do the transmission filter. when I went up to ask shouldn't they be getting that pan off pretty soon (it was fairly late in the afternoon), they said they don't service

Kind and caring employees. They are patient when I can’t turn on some lights quickly. As a widow, I appreciate their comprehensive checks on my car.

I didn't wait in line long, quick oil change but very thorough. Friendly staff, will come when its time for an oil change again!

Friendly employees they explain all things with the vehicle that I need to pay attention to really informative. I really like my first time being here. It was a great experience and friendly.
