VamGroup Car Rental

This was a SCAM. We rented a Ford Focus from this guy and paid a $300 cash deposit. When we returned the car, he did not refund the deposit. Instead, he claimed he would send the money after 10 days. It has now been over 7 weeks and we have still received nothing. This behavior is completely unacceptable and dishonest. On top of that, the car was in very poor condition when it was handed over to us. I strongly warn others to stay away from this person.

Rented a car from this rental company and they went over the top with the great customer service ! Car was clean and filled up with gas . They provided fast communication and were very helpful, definitely recommend!!

While all the car rentals in Fort Lauderdale airport were charging $1400 for a van we found this local car rental in Hollywood for around $385 for 8 days, huge money saver for the Christmas holidays. Don't expect the same customer service or a nice office rental like the other places but if you speak a little bit of russian you should be all set. All the cars are fully insured so you won't pay extra and the owner Vitali is a great guy. Depending on the size of vehicle you are paying a deposit between $200 to $500. Enjoy.

BEWARE !!! I rented a vehicle from VamGroup Services and was told I would receive my $300 deposit back once the car was returned in good condition. It’s now been over 7 days, and I still haven’t received my deposit. I’ve called and texted multiple times — no response. No update. No explanation. Just silence. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I held up my end of the agreement, and they are now holding my money with no communication. It feels like I’m being ignored or scammed. If you’re thinking about renting from them, be very careful especially when it comes to your deposit. This guy stole my deposit and claimed it was because he had to get the car washed and these are the photos he sent to justify the theft. Like i said you’re a liar, first it was for car wash and parts (whatever that means because no parts were missing from the car, if it was you’d have taken the entire deposit) now it’s for toll after you text me saying there were no charges. Just admit you’ll find anyway to steal some extra cash from hardworking individuals. Do better. Dirty mats isn’t a cause for stealing $100 when renting cars out to customers. And that’s after charging us for 7 days when we only wanted 5 days
