Van Horn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Stoughton

I came from Ohio to the dealership to pick up my new car and Brian was very easy to deal with and made the process entirely seamless. No bs at all. UPDATE: from a 5 star to a 1 star really quick. Not pleased with Abby in the title department at all. I had a talk with her before my title arrived at the dealership. We had a chat regarding where to send the title and she informed me that she was going to consult the Finance Director and then call me back. My Lienholder wanted them to sent the title to the Ohio BMV to ensure a speedy process of me paying the taxes for the car and then they were going to record a lien on the title then give me a memorandum title (so I can register the car) then send the real title to the Leinholder. She never called me back and then I get an email saying that

Jackson was absolutely wonderful to work with. He allowed me to be very picky when choosing the right vehicle. He made sure to always keep me updated on the progress and never hesitated to answer any of my silly questions. He made purchasing my dream van so smooth. Edit. after talking to my wife, we decided to get her a Jeep as well. Called Brian at 0900 on Saturday and by the time we arrived he had everything ready for us. WOW, what a service. Brian Skolaski, thank you for all your help, guidance and patience. Also for thank you for your service. Working with this family has been a pleasure. You went above and beyond explaining and making sure I knew everything about my new jeep. I will make sure all my fellow veterans see you when they visit Van Horn in Stoughton WI.

Chris Craemer was awesome to work with. I was specifically looking for a Ram, and we actually found one I liked better (just because of the color) online at a dealership up north. We changed our mind about that one based on a lack of communication (customer service). It was the best decision we could have made. Again, Chris was nothing but helpful and knowledgeable, and the whole buying process was smooth as peanut butter. The good kind. Working with Chris was like hanging out with a friend.
