Update 1: Thanks to Eric , After we informed the dealership, they acknowledged the issue and sent us a check to cover the repair costs. Eric was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. Thanks to Eric’s support, the issue was resolved quickly and smoothly. Update 2 : Also Since our vehicle is pre-owned, there were some cosmetic scratches. Our sales consultant, Brian, informed us that they sent us touch-up paint and a brush matching the color of our vehicle. While the initial issue was inconvenient, we truly appreciate Eric’s effort and the dealership’s willingness to make things right. We drove the car off the lot after purchasing it on January 31. I am writing this review because for 9 days I have not been able to get any real help, and everyone I managed

I found this dealership via Car gurus. Once I connected with a salesperson, I was impressed with information without being pressured. Art was friendly and knowledgeable over the phone and when we met him in person. We got a great price and are excited to have our new to us Ford F-150.

I've driven passed this dealership 100's of times, but never step foot in there until a 2017 Tundra was listed. Anthony, the saleman, was great. The finance manager was also great too. Sorry, Forgot your name. Anthony kept his word and gave me the first dib on the Tundra when it was ready to sell. Overall transaction was super quick compared to other dealerships I've bought cars from. No bs, no pressure to buy anything even though other services were offerred. Will definitely return if I ever want a Ford or if they have something listed that I want. It was my first time in this dealership and my experience was great. Highly recommend this dealership to others.

Anthony is a great sales rep who is friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He made the entire process of acquiring the vehicle I wanted easy and fun. No pressure, very laid back and able to answer any questions I had right there on the spot. I feel like I got an outstanding deal on the Escape, and so far I am very happy with the purchase. We were just browsing the new-used selection and came across a like new 2022 Honda pilot. A sales rep. was nearby so we asked about and struck up conversation about the vehicle. Fred Toth is the sales person who walked us through the vehicle. There wasn't any question he couldn't answer or fully explain. We test drove and liked what we found! We also really liked the fact Van Horn is known as reliable, equatable and a quality business to shop for vehicles. We did purchase the vehicle after researching and arranging financing.
