Van Meter Auto Repair

My father was an auto mechanic his entire life as was one of my brothers and two of my uncles. My father had a loyal following at a local garage where he worked his entire life. That following was based on trust. That’s how I feel about Van Meter’s. As a single woman, I know that I will receive excellent service from an honest and reliable service. I highly recommend them!

The best mechanics in the area!!! My family has been using Van Meter for as long as I can remember. The staff is kind and they always explain what they are doing to repair your vehicle. You won’t be disappointed with their customer service or the quality of their work!!

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a reputable and fairly priced mom and pop shop. All of the positive reviews are spot on. From my first call to actually bringing my car into the shop, I was treated with respect and the man over the phone and in the shop was friendly. They let me sit and wait for my car because I had no other option, even though I wasn't listed as a wait. They put a sticker for my next oil change on the windshield and had a little mat down to protect the driver's side floor. A full synthetic oil change was a little over $70. Better than any chain and cheaper than my last mom and pop shop.

The last mechanic told us we needed to replace our engine. Van Meter told us all that was needed was a new timing belt. I was ready to scrap the car but now it runs better than ever and they got the work done ahead of schedule. Thank you Van Meter!

My experiences with Van Meter have been excellent. Zac, the mechanics and receptionist are always very courteous and knowledgeable. The work is always top notch and in my opinion the cost for the work is very fair and honest. Can say enough about Van Meter Auto Repair.
