We have three VanTek windows and we love them. Van Tek stands behind their products and the customer service are second to none. We have the capsule bunk sliders which have proved a great experience for being able to cool our sleeping area while keeping the bug and elements out. Our newest addition is the slider window behind the drivers side. It looks great and is easy to use. I recently bought rear windows for my Promaster. One arrived with a damaged screen. (Not sure how) They didn't even hesitate, they just sent me a new one. No questions asked. The windows are high quality and so is the customer service.

Ordered two back windows, one sliding side window, and one bunk window for my 2021 Ford Transit (High roof, ext length) van. Everything arrived sorted out and they even hand wrote wrote which installation kits went with which window-- this is something I definitely needed since I've never done this before, and it just made everything more organized. The windows had quality packing and nothing was broken/ not working. You can really tell that the people who work here care about how they're packing things up and sending them out to customers. 100/10 experience, I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

The windows are nice, but the latches seem to have been an afterthought. I called Van Tech to discuss this issue, and they led me to believe that a new latch was in development. However, it turns out they released a new window design instead and do not have an effective retrofit for their sliding windows, which are less than a year old on my Sprinter. As a result, we are stuck using tape or trying to come up with our own solution to prevent them from opening easily from the outside. I would recommend opting for their new windows or considering another company due to the latch issue. This situation is very disappointing, and it's frustrating that the company has not developed a quality latch solution.
