Vance ford Lincoln in Miami Oklahoma was awesome the transaction was smooth. My salesman Kevin Bass was excellent he told me the price and it never changed , didn’t have all the add ons that other dealerships said was mandatory if I wanted the ford discounts. My key fob fell apart and I couldn’t start my Mustang. I called Vance Ford and they were very helpful. I took my old key to them and within an hour they cut a new key brought it to my house and programmed it. The guys were great! The new key worked perfectly. I’m very thankful for everyone who helped me get through this. You guys are AWESOME! Thanks!!

Dropped my truck off on Wednesday, just before Thanksgiving, since it was messed up, for my Monday appointment. They looked at it on Saturday, which was great and unexpected, and sent me a link with suggestions. Fix the issue, charge for diagnostic and I needed an oil change. I approved all items, and figured they would all be completed. I got my truck back the following Tuesday and I still need an oil change. So now I have to schedule an appointment again, and be without a vehicle again, so I can get something done that should have been done with the rest. This is why a 3 and not a 5. It shouldn't have been an option to approve if it wasn't going to be completed. Just from experience, I am guessing Vance won't have an opening for some time, so I will likely take it somewhere else for the

Quick service when I needed help during bad, winter weather. They got my 4wd back running so quickly and were very thorough. Appreciate Taylor and Anthony for their help!!

Their mobile oil change is so helpful for someone that has health issues! It makes it so much easier! I really appreciate both of them for their hard work!
