Vance's Automotive Center

Took my fathers 1961 Ford to Ron at Vance for a fuel pump. After 2 weeks I called and ask for the car. I get the car back and someone took a razor blade to my front and rear windshield causing 5000$ plus damage. Insurance and police report will be filed. Totally destroyed my father's old car that has been in the family for 40 plus years. This is devastating to me and my remaining family members. I have no idea how they could let this happen to a classic car and a preserved piece of history. I am absolutely torn. Last week I lost everything and now my father car is destroyed.

Warning do not use this shop Took my 61 Tbird there 3 time. 1st time was tighten the emergency break. They said it was done and the car rolled into the street and my neighbors yard across the street cause the break wasn't repaired but they told me it was. Took it back and they fixed the emergency break. Next day on a rebuild car the fuel pump goes out. I wait 2 weeks for a fuel pump replacemen. They left my antique car sitting in the an area that offered no protection for my father antique car after promising me they would keep it in the shop. I take it back I get the car and 5,000 of damage or more is done to the car which was vadalized at the shop. I get the car home and within 30 minutes the car won't turn over but the battery and car has power. The sabotage the cars on purpose and

They replaced my clutch master cylinder for significantly less than their own estimate and less than I could have it done anywhere else. Vances Automotive are good and honest people!

Vance has been our family car repair shop ever since we moved fron NYC, and they are one of the best not just in Lehigh but Lee County, imo. Honest, ethical,trustworthy,dependable....are just a few words to describe this establishment. Ive had several cars over the years (20 years to be exact), they have done maintenance and repair on them all. I moved to Fort Lauderdale and I STILL bring my VW to them from Broward to get serviced. Do not hesitate to call on them if you need car repair, you will not be disappointed with Vance's Automotive. I wish I could add 5 more stars for a perfect 10. Brenda and family are the absolute BEST.
