Vendor engines, I ordered the engine, first, it started out great, my installer question the rust that was on the engine, but since vendor engine guaranteed me with a six year warranty parts and labor I had nothing to worry About. Beware the first weekend I had with my car I drove it didn’t drive it hard and I had a lot of problems with it. The engine end up clunking out and had to have it towed to my house and within that we had it towed back to the shop it’s been 2 1/2 months, & the holidays were coming, and there was no one to talk to, I called numerous times & no one could help me, someone from vendor engines will call me and say that the people I need to talk to are out for vacation so meanwhile, my engine and my car broken down been still in the shop for 2 1/2 months sitting, then

I Purchased a 5.3 vortec for a 2005 Tahoe for a reasonable price plus a warranty which is hard to get on a used motor with 67k miles. I swapped motors and it all went pretty good the motor runs excellent. I’ve had no problems with communication they called me asking me how it was going and if need be call them anytime. Good customer service tbh. At first I was sceptical and I cause a little scene with them cuz I didn’t think they were even a company and I thought they were scammers but it turns out there not. There nice people and act like they care about the customer which is rare these days. 5 stars very pleased q

If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased an engine back in late January 2025 for my 2007 Tahoe. Was supposed to be a 5.3 with about 40,000 miles but a 6.0 with god knows how many miles showed up. My mechanic said it could work to avoid the hassle of sending it back. I relayed this information to Ethan at Vander Engines and he said the same 3 year warranty would apply. The next day my mechanic forwarded pictures of what looked like birds’ nests in the engine. So much for their claim of taking these apart, cleaning them and putting them back together. Again, my mechanic did all the cleaning. Car ran for approximately 4,000 miles between February 2005 to September 2005. This included a cross country move from Idaho to Arkansas in May with no problems. The car started revving h

Absolutely worse customer service and "warranty" ever!! A COMPLETE joke. There is NO WARRANTY with what they sell, even though they claim to sell you an item with a 4 year warranty. I was told, that I bought a used engine, what do I expect? They gave us a complete run around for weeks. Requesting all kinds of details and documents and videos from the mechanic, only to end up saying, not covered. There was never a warranty in place. They do not sell a warranty service. I will be filing a lawsuit against this company for breach of contract. SAVE YOURSELF A TON OF HEADACHES... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I purchased two engines from Vander engines 2 months ago. Both are installed and currently doing well. Olivia Jones was my sales rep with her help every thing went smoothly. Prompt and on time delivery without a hitch. Both engines were well crated and handled with care.
