I was in a rear end collision at the start of 2022. I was recommended Vanderpool by my trusted VW auto mechanic. They were very nice and easy to work with. My Golf was in the shop much longer than I expected but that wasn’t entirely Vanderpool’s fault. My insurance took awhile to negotiate payment, parts were in short supply, and they had a couple cars ahead of mine. When I picked it up they apologized for it taking so long, which was fine. The workmanship was very good and my car looked as good as it did before. The owner admitted to me that “we aren’t the fastest, but we do a good job” and I have to agree.

This was the first time I’ve ever had to claim any “accident” on my insurance for my car *knock on wood* Everything was stressful, except working with Vanderpool’s. From the moment I walked in they were professional, courteous and kind. They let me know where they were with my car every step of the way. The visual damage my car had wasn’t as bad as it could have been from someone backing into me, but the artists at Vanderpool’s made sure my car looked brand new. I say artists because those guys recreated a masterpiece with my car. The attention to detail is unmatched.
