Regarding a vehicle purchased recently (2012 Lincoln MKZ) Will have to begin litigation process as well as submitting complaint's to DCA, FTC, NHTSA, New Jersey Attorney General's Office, in order to initiate rescission as well as treble damages, attorney fees incurred as a result of misrepresentation & fraudulent practices including but not limited to mileage misrepresentation on official paperwork differing from odometer reading on vehicle. In addition the vehicle was described as in excellent driving condition which is false. There are multiple issues with vehicle that were not disclosed as well. A noise that was noticed and inquired about was described by the salesman (George) as being a heat shield turned out in fact to be a faulty belt and tension-er confirmed by a mechanic. Called y

⚠️ Beware of buying used cars here — transmission failing after 5 months I bought a 2015 Infiniti QX60 from this dealer about 5 months ago. At first the car seemed fine, but now the transmission is failing, and under the car was completely rusted which is a huge and expensive repair so soon after purchase. After making payments of $600 these past few months and putting a down payment of $4400 down I can’t believe there’s actual dealers like this. Scamming people out of there money! If you’re considering buying a car here, be very careful. I recommend getting a full inspection from a trusted mechanic before buying and understanding that there may be no help if something major goes wrong soon after your purchase.
