I brought my truck here for repair and the it my truck had - starter problem-the guy in the front desk or the service advisor. John is a good guy but the technician and the mechanics I’m not happy with that as soon as they said my truck is fixed I pay and get the truck out of the shop I notice that the bolt connect starter cable with the main frame was totally loose. I go back there and John take care of that for me and after a couple of days I noticed that they did not install my cat walk back. I call John he talk with the mechanics and after a week I called him back. He said there is no cat walk around the shop and their mechanics are not professional and they don’t care about your equipment. That’s all I have.

We live locally and it’s great to have a service center close by. I wish they were a bigger shop, but Augusta doesn’t have many large shops. They have been very accommodating in trying to get us in and schedule work. Bill the service writer there is nice. The shop needs to communicate better to let the service guys tell a customer if some is needed. That’s the only complaint about the communication. Other than that service was timely. Hope they will continue to be our go to shop for our 2018 Volvo.

Vanguard and it's employees are first rate. Had DEF Derate issues. Put me in a bay same day I arvd and proceeded to get to the repair. They sent my problem packing. Back on the road next day. A Big Thanks 👍

Not very pleased with the service. Kept the truck for over a week for warranty work. Then I have logs on ELD for everyday they kept it (except for the weekend). Wanted to thank whoever it was driving the truck for running over the nails & screws that I had to have pulled and patched the very next morning. They can't say it wasn't them cause truck wasn't picked up till 4 pm and parked 10 minutes later. Thanks again for the extra cost and time down.

AC fan motor stop blowing. I called at 11:30am and they said could get me at 1:30pm. Tech pulled truck in at 2 pm and at 3pm the fan motor was replaced and I was on my way. Very nice people.
