I’m very disappointed by the experience I had when I called today. The woman who answered simply said “Vaquero,” in a mumbled tone with no greeting or professionalism. There was no “hello” or “thank you for calling,” which immediately set a negative tone. The phone conversation was in Spanish, which was completely fine, since I also speak Spanish. However, even in Spanish, the way she spoke came across as dismissive and uninterested. When I asked to speak with someone in charge, she stated that the manager “isn’t here, they’re never here,” and then changed her response to say the manager was “at lunch.” When I asked what time the manager would return, she told me she didn’t know. I said that was fine and that I could call back every 30 minutes to check, to which she replied, “whatever yo

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE Spoke with Marta multiple times regarding my vehicle payment.I asked to update my address and I tried to pay with a new card she said I would have to go into my location I gave her the date she said okay. My car has been repossessed and I owe an additional 300 dollars or more because she didn’t put any notes in my account! I have never been so upset. She is rude and she purposely had my car repossessed because I asked to speak with her manager. Update: 7/11/25 I was able to get my car back and I found out I could have paid online and avoided the entire interaction. I have paid in fees the amount of the original purchase price and could have purchased the car twice because they refused to change my payment date even though I changed jobs and was no longer by weekly

If I could leave zero star review I would this place just tells you what you want to hear and at the end it’s all lies they don’t work with you they’ll just end up towing your vehicle . Don’t buy from here.

Please don’t buy a car here. They are so unprofessional and so rude.
